At Thrive, you don't follow a generic class workout. Each member follows their own personalised training program while training in a small group of maximum 5 members per session, allowing our coaches to guide and support you throughout your training.
Absolutely. Thrive is known for its supportive and welcoming environment. Many members join for the results but stay for the friendships and community.
Sessions are capped at 5 members per coach, allowing us to provide individual coaching, technique corrections, and personalised progressions.
We run over 50 sessions per week, giving members plenty of flexibility to train around work, family, and busy schedules.
All sessions are booked through our training app. Members can easily view the timetable and book into the sessions that suit them each week.
Yes. All memberships include open gym hours, allowing you to come in and train outside of scheduled sessions if you wish.
Yes. We work with many pre and post-natal clients and modify training programs to ensure safe and effective exercise during and after pregnancy.
Yes. We provide nutrition guidance and support to help members get the best results from their training. Many of our members come to Thrive for body transformations, and nutrition plays an important role in that process.
Yes. We track training progress, body stats, and results, helping you clearly see improvements over time.
Yes. Members complete weekly check-in forms, allowing our coaches to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
We offer FIFO and online coaching memberships, allowing you to follow your personalised program and stay on track while you're away.
Yes. Our online coaching includes a personalised program, progress tracking, and coach support through our app.
Yes. We love bringing our community together. Every Saturday at 7am we run our Sweat & Coffee session — a fun cardio-style workout followed by coffee and chats. This session is also open to non-members.
