You don't follow a generic class workout. Every member follows their own personalised training program while training alongside a small group — with a coach guiding you the whole way.

Book Your Session

Use our app to book the session time that suits you. All sessions are capped at 5 members per coach, so you receive individual attention while training in a motivating group environment.

Follow Your Own Program

Unlike traditional group classes where everyone does the same workout, each member at Thrive follows their own personalised program. You might be working on week two of your strength block while the person beside you is training for a completely different goal — and that's exactly how it should be.

Coach Guidance Every Rep

Our coaches guide you through your session, assist with technique, and help progress your training. With a maximum of 5 members, you get the personalised attention of a PT session with the energy and support of a small group.

Every Saturday at 7am we run our signature Sweat & Coffee session — a fun, cardio-style workout followed by coffee and chats. Open to everyone, including non-members.
